So, this blog is to chronicle my weight loss journey and help me remain motivated.
I lost 20 pounds before my wedding in 2007, then gained it all back (And then some!)
I've been back On Plan for 15 months now, and have dropped 33 pounds from my heaviest (178). I'm not sure what my 'ending' weight goal is, but my next short term goal is 140 pounds.
In April 2009, I tore my ACL and both menisci in my right knee, and had the surgery. Currently, I'm in the rehab phase trying to build my strength and control back up. Obviously, this is a slight hinderance to my exercise efforts, but I'm determined not to use it as an excuse to ditch the diet.
Looking forward to posting my successes, my challenges, and everything else in between.
